    First saw this at Paris marathon - runners wearing disposable painter oversuits before the race starts - they dump them just before gun time. Anyone else seen this?

    Seems like a reasonable idea when you're hanging around in the cold and wet, in a Gary Numan-David Bowie-Be Back Next Thursday to Finish It kinda way.

    Anyone else seen this, or are they something else?

    Where could I get same in a shop in Ireland?

    You'll can go one better in any farmers co-op with a weedkiller suit. I have one in my hiking pack. They are water proof and wind proof. Brilliant packable survival suit if caught in a pinch.
