I remember the series finished just before the Summer in 1979.
But there was a once off episode the following Stephens Day whereby they all stayed in a hotel. I remember the hotel was The Village Hotel in Bettystown, County Meath.
I knew some of the people who worked there.
Does any footage survive of this episode?

I suspect not. I would be amazed if any full episodes at all remain such was the policy of recording over at the time.

I think it continued as a radio soap for a few years after so there may still be recordings in the radio archives, but I'm not certain on that.
