How to disable voicemail on mobile?

    Hi, 

    I have turned off voicemail on the eir menu when i go in to the setting but it doesn't seem to take and I keep getting voicemails of people hanging up which is a nuisance for me. Is there any way for this service to be turned off on the eir menu?
