As noted in this thread, I recently spotted one of these near Silverstrand.

Someone there posted that there's another one in Galway - anyone know where it is?

Mods - I thought about asking the where question over there, but it's off topic. And I figured there might be interest in knowing about these here too.

Kinda weird. Do you just stand around waiting until it's done?
Now, one across the road from Tí Cóili wouldn't be a bad idea.

Quick search finds Lough Atalia, there since August

Apparently (according to the other thread) most people sit in their cars and wait.

It's cheaper to drop it in somewhere than buy a car. Lough Atalia is near enough to me if I could just leave it and come back.

Texaco in Oranmore Village has one also.

The wait isn't very long - approximately 30 for the wash cycle. Don't know how long for the dryer.

The Lough Atalia one is at Kearneys Texaco Petrol Station (Mor Oil); they also have the Texaco Petrol Station in Oranmore.

And Silverstrand is in the grounds of ... you guessed it, Texaco.

    Clever move, IMHO.

    Also now operated by Kearneys.
