Buying a house in kilkenny

Hi i am currently looking to buy my first home in kilkenny. I am looking at a house in beechlawns. Is this a nice area to live?

I don't live there myself but I know people who do and it seems like a really nice estate in a good location near a shopping centre and and not far from schools etc. It's also very convenient to the ring road and the link to the motorway. There are a lot of other estates around there so it's a high area of population but I think Beechlawns is one of the nicest of them. The houses look nice too - there's a bit of character about them.
