Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Just a quick question re Legal Protocol as I'm not entirely sure and mods please advise if inappropriate

A safety order was granted to Plaintiff in District Court
The defendant has lodged an appeal.

This apparently is going to be heard in the Circuit Court.
Does the plaintiff and the defendant now have to employ both a solicitor and a barrister to have their case heard in the Circuit Court?

Is this process more expensive than the district court ?
