What's making you sound arrogant is that you've not tried it, give no hint you understand the process, but are making wide statements about its ease.
so you yourself have been trying to get accreditation for target shooting course?
About eight years ago, for an ISSF instructor course, to be FETAC recognised so we could then integrate with the ISSF coaching course and instructor course programmes.
From what you have said you have been against all this.
I'm against doing what you're talking about, a single course for everyone as a go/no-go test for getting a firearms licence. That's a disaster waiting to happen. And I was doing what I was doing at a time when we hadn't seen a plethora of people suddenly discover they could make money off courses like this, and what we were doing wouldn't have made money (we develop the syllabus, the standards to which the course had to be run, to the relevant ISO standard; FETAC register and accredit that syllabus; then anyone can run the course (and FETAC, not a shooting body, determine if they're doing it properly) and everyone can get a recognised accreditation but nobody gets a monopoly, and it's the first step on the road to becoming a coach in one specific sport, not the first legally-mandatory step on the road to getting a licence for everyone.
    Not the same thing.

(Incidentally, we talked about that at the time on here. It's not like it was a secret).

This nonsense has gone on long enough.

You are going around in circles, refusing to acknowledge anyones opinion, arguing for the sake of argument, provoking a reaction by continuously refusing to listen to what you are being told, and refusing to back up your claims with fact, proof or some sort of accreditation to back up your claims.
