Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I've been working all weekend. Still went out last night though! Glad I am avoiding the rally weekend in Killarney. Only weekend I hate going home.

Spent 3 hrs in the hell that is ikea, so having a well earned beer now. Going into town with herself to an ethnic bar for a few more.

Cleaning the house all day tmoro

Woke up this morning with no voice. It hasn't come back. Instead of being upset I am delighted as I can now legitimately bow out of the mandatory bank holiday Sunday socialising and go to bed with the rest of my wine from last night. Sweet!

Was at a "significant" birthday party last night. Home at stupid o'clock. Twas great craic even though I am an introvert and usually hate such things.

Anyhow, did feck all today except a quick trot around the park at the back to feel virtuous.

Ate everything in the fridge except the raw celery. Tae for Ireland too.

Going to YouTube craip for the rest of the night, IN bed IN pjs, and remember to brush my teeth first and go to the loo. There is nothing worse than settling into the leaba and having to get up again for bodily functions. Is there?

Tomorrow going to do the walk out the Great South Wall, if it isn't windy that is. Bracing, and will wake me up from my slumber. Followed by more grub. Jeez I must have worms or something.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,556 ✭✭✭groucho marx

Tomorrow I'm going to watch all the bond films back to back followed by mince and onions.

Never watched Mince & Onions, is it any good?

Tending to my weed plant. Preparing my car for its NCT.
It passed, so I celebrated with a chicken tikka masala, 2 pints of cider, and vienetta for dinner.
Now I am enjoying a mug of Barry's Gold blend and a Norther Lights spliff.
Tomorrow I am going for my usual weekly steam room and swim.

What did I do today... I went the cinema again, cos I have an unlimited cinema card! I also bought a book and a new blu ray movie, went to the supermarket for some printer paper and semi skimmed milk, cooked tea for myself and my family, now I'm gonna sit here for the rest of the night and watch telly. With increasing amounts of tea.

No, you rest yourself there, Ted. Hugo often feigns upsettal (is that a word?) but is often just joshing his Boardsie butties. :)

What did you do today Persepoly?

I'm not familiar with that author.

Well Miles today I slept lots and chatted on the phone with my best friend. Then I watched my stories on the laptop. I've been following Line of Duty so finally got around to seeing it's last episode. Now I'm drinking beer and eating wispa bites. :)

I have raspberry jam to make tomorrow. Made about 30 jars of strawberry yesterday, one batch didn't set too well, so I may reboil.

Had a mad day yesterday so today I had a massive sleep.

I did, thank you :) Line of Duty is one of the best police drama's I've seen in a long time.
If you're in to that sort of thing you should check it out.

I've now moved on to something called Hinterland.
