Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

It was a peno... United player was inside the box when the first contact was made. Drinkwater was outside which may have confused the ref but in fairness should not have been a hard spot.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 20,337 ✭✭✭✭monkey9

Should be a penalty. Leicester getting a few calls like that going their way in the run in.

Well Leicester should have had a peno and Fellaini should have been sent off so i wouldn't say that.

In fairness to the ref, it looked outside the box in real time.

Definite red, probably inside too but couldn't call it with certainty if it started outside.

starts outside and continues in is supposed to be a pen

F*ck that damn bell.... (unless the game has given me tinnitus?)

  • Lady luck with them

We deserved to win today and that was a penalty

    Ref bottled it

    Well there goes top 4.

Good game. Ref bottled the penalty. That's as bad a game as I've seen Martial play, nothing went right for him bar the goal.

Actually that's true and Rooney would have been off as well. Leicester have been unlucky with the decisions going against them today. Decent point considering that i suppose.

Another step towards the title and also crushing United's hopes of a champions league spot, good result.

It'd be such an anticlimax after all this if Spurs hand the title to Leicester tomorrow night. Hope they beat Chelsea and Leicester win next weekend at the King Power.

Ref got plenty wrong on both sides today, pretty much cancels the mistakes out.

They were robbed of a penalty in the 1st half, have you conveniently forgotten that?

Fair play to leicester. They look worthy champions and don't look like they will let the title slip

    Leicester were unlucky??? Lol

Yes, delighted for both. I think Spurs will chuck it tomorrow

Well bar the last few minutes and some of the 1st half, Leicester were the better team.

Massive point. If they slip up next week and only draw then it changes the dynamic of the potential last game decider.

Yeah, if they'd got the penalty in the first half and scored that to take a lead into the break, then finished against a ten man Man U side, they may well be champions now. Thems the breaks, i suppose.

Hopefully the title is sealed for them tomorrow.

Yeah, pity they can't be like those impartial City and Liverpool fans.

Honestly can't see them let it slip at this stage. They are defending as well as any team and still a force on the counter. Spurs could still slip up against chelsea

Lol is right, some of them saying Leicester were lucky etc. and got decisions in their favour. Nonsense, a draw was a reasonably fair result but if anything Leicester shaded it and took the point in the end.

  • I suppose for a few it will be the best chance of winning the PL, understandable the blinkers are welded on

Neither side deserved the win. Let's be honest here.

    And release....

Sturdy performance by the foxes, Mahrez showed why he won the poty, affected the game whenever he touched the ball.

    Almost there.

    Draw was the fairest result.

The blinkers are on the United fans, they are the ones - a couple of them - with comments like "Leicester were lucky and got decisions etc.."

They didn't and weren't, they fully deserved the point. Let's be crystal clear about that.

Draw a fair result, ref made mistakes on both sides. Serious grit and determination from the Foxes.
