Can't use PS Plus on 2nd Account?

    Hi
    My 2 sons purchased a license on one of their accounts. Up until now they could use it on both of their accounts but since last week (after the new update) only the account that the license was purchased on can play online. Any suggestions?

    I don't have that issue. Are you sure the + account holder has the PS set to their primary console ?

    Tried it, no luck. Is there a Playstation helpline? (I can't find one online)
