SBR16 - Chapter 5 - OW swimming!

    SKINS !!!!!

    May will probably see most of us take an OW dip so to make it interesting. This month's challenge is to do 60 min OW swimming with no wetsuit. It doesn't all have to be one go but fair play if you can.

    My other goals are
    15hrs roadie/turbo
    12hrs running
    12hrs trek/orienteering
    12hrs paddling or erg
    9hrs swimming
    6hrs MTB
    Lose 5lbs weight

    Is there an alternative for someone who is only mastering the deep end of the pool? :o

    Jeez I am heading out to do an OW swim tomorrow but no way would I do it without a wetsuit! Ye are mental! (In a good way of course :D )

    Into the sea today for 500m or so. Lovely out there. Not in skins though, cosy in my wetsuit. :)
