Almost burnt with lashings of butter.

Does anyone know if it makes any difference to the amount of tax you pay if you throw a load of overtime into one week or divide it up over a few weeks(arguing this with someone all day )?

It depends on how much you earn really, I think lower income people would be better spreading it out if possible, higher income people it would be the high tax rate anyway so it would make no difference. My missus takes time off in lieu of overtime sometimes, it kills her and she scolds me if she has to pay an extra few euro at all, jaysus you'd think it was my fault.

    What's your favourite chocolate bikkies?

Gone off milk , rotting potatoes and vanilla scented anything.

Do you think we should be allowed so many 'can't cope' days a year where we can hide out and be left alone ?

Hmmmm, it would depend on what I was being asked, but in general I would prefer to answer.

Are you answering the door this Halloween, or hiding out pretending not to be home ?

No not much. The odd person would have a joke with you at the door. Alot of adults dress up now but I remember my friends mam came to the door dressed in full costume as a cat and we just stood there thinking "wtf is she doing?" :/:)

Was it better when people made their own costumes?

A drink that is likely to get you into the buckled position.

If a child told you they wanted pole dancing lessons would you a) give them a clout b) give them the money to go or c) keep the money so you could go yourself?

It is a drink , creme de menthe, Baileys and I think, but will stand corrected, Peach Schnapps. Makes green , white and gold in the glass anyhoo;)
@gramar, my eldest does pole fitness classes at her own expense. She will always have something to fall back on should her career ever fail ;)

Do you say green, white and gold for our flag or green, white and orange ?
