upgrades to my pc

looking to upgrade my pc, mainly used for gaming and browsing internet and music.looking to get another 4to5 years from upgrades ,on a tight budget,below is what i am using at the
moment

ASRock FM2A85X Extreme4, FM2, ATX

Super-Flower Amazon 80Plus 450W

Budget around 350 Euro, any ideas cheers.

Something like this would be a decent upgrade. The 270X is fine for 1080p. It may require an upgrade down the line though. If you wanted to cheap out, the SSD is your no.1 top priority for now. Get your OS onto that and you should see a nice performance boost.
AMD don't have many decent upgrade options (they are focused on cheap media based PCs with the APU), so I've opted for a non-overclockable intel CPU. It's slightly older now, but makes use of your DDR3 RAM so we don't need to upgrade that.
The AMD processor you have isn't the worst honestly though, so this is up to you. Check benchmarks and decide if the upgrade is warranted.

It's a 270 Xeno, not 270X, we're thinking along the same lines. Would I be right in saying that his CPU and GPU would fetch 150-170? If so, that frees a 950 or 270X if they're worth the upgrade

Ahhh 270 Vapor X. Dang. Yeah that will need an upgrade over the CPU and motherboard. They aren't bad honestly. I looked up a very very quick benchmark and although it does lag behind a 4440 in single threaded, it's a grand CPU. A 380 or 380X and an ssd should be within this budget?

cheers for the replys.games being played by me would be cod,battlefield,formula1,my son plays arma 3,red orchestra,wot,war thunder,just cause,was thinking of going i5+new motherboard or is there better processor i can put on motherboard,i will purchase ssd first anyway,what would be good ssd for around 80 euro,btw im running windows 7 64 bit,

Yeah I have The same PSU, and runs an i7 and hd7970 (should be around the same power draw) fine, and has been for 3 years or so
