Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Freestanding Punch Bag, Best Store Midlands

    Im looking to buy a freestanding punch bag just for general fitness. I realize the hung ones are better but i don't really have an ideal spot and id be afraid it would pull half the wall down.

    I would rather buy from a store, go in and be able to see and try them out. Budget is up to €200. Is there any store around the midlands/athlone, county roscommon, westmeath or i guess even galway which has a decent selection on display?

    If not whats the best place for quality/price on line that delivers within Ireland reasonably quick?

    Can't help with the location or price but reebok do a good one. Club vitae have 2 in Portlaoise. If you ring them they might be able to tell you where they got them
