Main sign missing to advise of controlled parking. Paid as I phoned three times but Apcoa would not answer. Called later and agent and 'supervisor' were abrupt, unhelpful and abrasive. I'll pursue it but watchout because if it's your first time there you can easily miss the one remaining small sign and all the cars parked…

I'll pursue it but watchout because if it's your first time there you can easily miss the one remaining small sign and all the cars parked randomly, some with two wheels up blocking footpath make it look like a handy uncontrolled parking area.
