How about Ratoath avenue

Hi all,

Im thinking of buying an property in Ratoath Avenue in Finglas.

Does anybody know the area and what would you think?

I only know it from driving through it.
It looks like the sort of place you couldn't pay me to live.

On the other hand it's very cheap and if you work in Ballycoolin extremely handy for work.

Unfortunately the Google search brings up everything related to ratoath and avenue separately. Some of the searches are for different roads etc.

I loved on Ratoath Avenue for 16 years. Never had an issue and I still have mates that live the road. I suppose it depends on what end (what number is for sale) as it got a bit cluttered up one end when they built the new houses on the big field.
