Pending transactions

Can anyone tell me how these work? I topped up my phone credit by €20 online. The first time i tried to top up, it said that the top up feature wasn't available at this time. So i did it again. Now I'm down €40 in my balance with two 20.00 in my pending transactions. Will i be getting one of these back or what?

One of them should eventually go into your 'posted' or 'confirmed' transactions, and the other will disappear completely. It can sometimes take about 5 days for this to happen.
