    Hi there,

    Had a representative of eir last night at our door, Presume it was a sales person but as we are already a customer of Eir he didn't try and sell us anything!

    What he did say was that Fibre was going live in my area and I would need to contact Eir to book and installation to replace my existing Broadband connection.

    Could you please tell me what I need to do for this?
