PRTB Adjudication Hearing - 3rd Party ASB Case

Anyone have any advice on how the adjudication hearing process? The case would be 3rd party for antisocial behavior - are the tenant & landlord both invited to the hearing with the 3rd party?

Depends entirely on the nature of the case- typically the landlord would be invited (as he is the liable party and the person with whom you are in dispute).
