AIG No claims discount cert wrong

    Hi,
    I will be calling them on Monday but just wanted to see if this has ever happened to anyone else.
    I went with AIG for our insurance last year and sent them an NCD cert that said I had 7 years claim free. I got my renewal from them yesterday and just noticed that they have put 6 years claim free. Shouldn't this be 8 if I haven't had a claim? Looking for anyone elses experience of something like this.
