Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi I need to someone to help some minor issues in the bathroom , and check exposed pipes to see what they would be for and advise on price for possible stove connection to heath water. Location is in rooskey. Looking for free quote and then based on price and work needed we can arrange.
    Main concern is toilet not flushing correctly and sink tap to adjut.
    Thanks( looking for advance as moving may not happen before end of May)

    Need roofer check the lead flashings around the cheminy as there are signs of dampness around the block work in the attic side.
    Would require advise on an estimate for this job to be done before going ahead please.

    Hi,
    I will be moving in Rooskey around early June, and need for a quote to install and supply stove to connect to boiler home heating up to 8 radiators, distance from fireplace and cylinder is up to a max of 3 meters, Cylinder is installed under stairs just close to fireplace downstairs,
    I would prefer an insert stove but this can be agreed once a quote is given at the time or review ( take in mind if found I will go to best price )....
    Also, I will keeping contact for future works around the house ( plumbing ) as I have other projects,

    Hi,
    I am looking for house cleaner,

    Empty property ( Rooskey area ) will need a full clean especially bathrooms and Kitchen ( Kitchen was not used for a long time ) , needed extra care,
    I will be providing all required cleaning detergent and anything is needed,
    I will be moving around the end of May or within June,
    The property has 3 bathroom, 3 double bedrooms , Open Sitting Room / Kitchen, hallway.
    Also need windows cleaned internally ( 7 windows )..
