Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Stopping in the cyclist box at traffic lights

Are motorbikes aloud to sit in this box or should we be stopping at the white line where cages stop?

I've tried searching for answer on this but just keep getting results for "bike boxes for sale"

At a guess I'd say probably not, but the garda don't enforce it... I hope.

You should only stop in this box if it's going to cause inconvenience to cyclists....:)))

It's an Advanced Stop Line for cyclists. Dublin City council did a trial a while ago and it appears that we are allowed. Never noticed the date:mad:. I can't find the results of the pilot but as with our not being allowed into bus lanes, don't take the mickey and it should be OK.

What's the issue with the date? that article is relatively recent, it seems to suggest that in-fact we are aloud in both the bus lane and the Advanced Stop Line, did I miss something?
