Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I can see Zlatan playing the Van Nistelrooy role.

Always around the 6 yard box with no chasing back.

    Will be perfect for him.

no chance of ibra being like van nistelrooy, totally opposite players, ibra will be doing stuff like this from outside the box...

Zlatan will be hitting thunderbastards from 30 yards and we will rejoice

I see Varane is out of the CL final and possible euros too. Will Jose really take the risk on an injury prone cb ?

Is he injury prone or just currently injured?

Also, bear in mind Griezmann is close to renewing his contract
    DDG
    Darmian Smalling Bailly Shaw
    Weigl Herrera
    Mane Rooney D.Suarez
    Martial

That's four first team signings which might be a bit much. Could just sign one of those wingers instead of two and play Lingard more. Buy Bolasie if Mane isn't available.

Martial is a better striker than a winger imo and I'd rather have him there than Ibra. Martial, Rashford, Rooney and Mata is four players for the two central attacking positions, with Martial and Rooney able to play either role.

In reality I think Jose will have Schneiderlin or Carrick as first choice, so wouldn't be buying a DM; will probably keep Martial out wide, and so buy a CF; and may well sell Mata. I really don't like signing Ibra, but Jose is the manager I would trust most to get him performing and behaving.

So Jose has just left his London house in suit and tie.

Sky have neglected to clarify the colour of said tie.

    Gutter journalism.

It is pretty desperate but in their defense, they are desperate. There's nothing happening in the world of football.

I was referring to their failure to mention the tie colour as gutter journalism, not the fact that they were reporting his well heeled departure!

Lets hope Memphis puts those words to action. Easier said than done. Its pretty obvious it's his attitude causing issues, not his talent.

Never seen that footage before - cool

I had an exam the following morning which curtailed my celebrations that night (still managed to knock over someones pint when the equaliser went in and was busy arguing when the winner came :-)) but that made the session the following afternoon all the better.

    Glory days

Greatest day ever of the greatest season ever!

There is a certain irony connected to Sky's pursuit of Jose considering his "voyeur" comments towards Wenger (and the subsequent fall out) a few years ago.

    Amazing on Sky Sports.

Sky announce that he's officially announced. Then in the same segment say that they've had no official confirmation from the club.

They are the biggest BS artists since Brendan Rodgers.
