Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Delighted, every time De Gea speaks out I can see Perez cry a little inside

European cup winner id say Perez is happy enough.

On another note, looks like de Gea might not be no1 for spain at euros. Crazy decision if they go with iker

Brilliant to read that about De Gea. Having him and Shaw next year gets me in a good mood.

    Oh yeah. And Jose.

Tweet is from Marca, therefore I do not believe it. My rule of thumb is to take whatever they say happened, and assume it never happened.

That said, I was confident of holding onto DDG for at least this summer now that we have Jose.

Ah ya don't have to love him.

Just don't blame him for everything, the poor overall team performances since Fergie left, the zika virus, ISIS, Donald Trump etc.

    He does, doesn't he.

Not that he was a porker or anything but he looks very lean in that shot.

Would be great to get him back fully fit.

Why? Club at a low ebb, should pretty easily get promoted to the championship in his first season increasing his stock, they've got excellent facilities and it's near his home.

Club also in a financial crisis no? Can quickly go south. Muleensteen lasted like a week with some crowd cause of their financial woes didn't he

Jose seemed to be at the Soccer Aid training camp today with the England side, and there's an article on the United website with Phil Neville saying he looks forward to playing under him on Sunday. So maybe he hasn't pulled out fully just yet?

I noticed he's still at the forefront of the ITV promo for it..

Rummenigge speaking about United bidding for Muller last summer:
"Thomas Muller came out of it [the youth academy]. [He is] born near Munich, formed here, the hero of the fans,”
“We had a mad offer from Manchester United last year, which was not a topic for one second. “We could have secured a world-record transfer fee.”

On United in Press on MUTV: Pogba is a possibility (Mark Ogden).

I always have to chuckle at those " is a possibility " rumours.

Winning the lotto is a possibility.

Alien life forms making contact is a possibility.

Mourinho has apparently bought a castle in North Wales, one hours drive from Carrington.

Yeah because not being good enough for those teams is the same as not being good enough for United, or any PL team for that matter, right now.

Maybe Jose will bring him back :p

There are so many players in his position that don't play for the big 3 in europe that are better than him. Sanchez, Willian, Mkhitaryan, Greizmann, He had 1 decent season for us, the rest were ****e. He just gives the ball away too much to be a very top player and yes not being good enough for the big 3 in europe should be not good enough for us although Id take A Sanchez and I think Bayern would too

    Muller or Greizmann lads?

Griezmann all the way without a doubt!!! That lad has the capability to be be up there with some of the best footballers in the world.

Unfortunately, I can't see him leaving Athletico at the moment although with Jose here now, anything could happen :)

Griezman because he is class and a proper bona-fide united fan :)

I honestly think the only reason Jose could fall out with the United board would be because we cant complete transfers. If we reach the first weekend of the season and we dont have significant transfers completed then the signs wont be good for future windows. We just cant get a deal done like others can.
