Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    The Star (via The S#n) are saying Jose is heading to Manchester early to begin work and the first thing to go are the multitude of cameras LVG had installed around the training ground.
    If true it should lead to a more relaxed atmosphere around the place with players not worrying that every facet of their game and technique is being scrutinised.

    It's a case of we can't keep going from one direction to the opposite everytime things go wrong. The club needs a path that it can follow continuously.

    The big thing I'm looking forward to is having someone prowl the sidelines with real authority. Someone who will encourage our players and intimidate the officials. VanGaal never left the dug out which drive me mad, Moyes was there on the sidelines but he never really stood there with any authority.

    Mourinhio is going to make OT his house in a way that no-one else could do after Ferguson. I expect our home form to be phenomenal next season.

    Jose not only has a history of (mostly) very, very good relationships with his players, but I also believe he is easily smart and more importantly, pragmatic enough, to realise he needs to completely move away from LVG's ridiculous strictness, and that he needs to make a very clear, blatant point of it right from the get go (e.g. things like the cameras here, and probably even leaking to the press to get that across to fans).
