    Hi All,

Having purchased from you in the past i'd like your guidance please on a TV upgrade please :)

Current set is a Sony Bravia kdl-40w2000

Looking for the following items please
Slightly larger screen than the 40 - up to 50 I reckon is fine , don't want it to dominate the living room
Smart TV - Netflix , TV Station player apps and Plex are all in use at home
4k not vital but would be nice to have.
Minimum of 4 HDMI ports, more preferred. Sky Box , Blue-Ray player, media PC and PS4 are all connected to it presently
Flat panel preferred - not gone on the curved TV's for no explicable reaon !
For some reason i think a central swivel stand is better , i might be changing my tv stand soon and a central stand with a swivel would work better i think.

Budget up to €1k. If the TV is well priced I'd look at soundbars also but total budget not to exceed 1k

    Thanks in advance ! :)

Hi Germancarfan, thanks for the email

The only model that falls in your specs which has 4 HDMi sockets is the Sony KD49x8305 - http://euro.richerie.aspdotnetstorefront.cefasoft.net/p-201402-bravia-kd49x8305cbu.aspx#tabSpecifications-tab at €999 but it doesn't have the centre swivel stand

THe option I'd go for would be the Samsung ue50ks6000 - http://euro.richerie.aspdotnetstorefront.cefasoft.net/p-202009-ue50ku6000.aspx#tabSpecifications-tab at €999, butit would only have 3 HDMIs

To be honest, it's not very often you would get a TV now with 4 HDMi, and very unlikely with 5 or more.

Have a look at these options and let me know your thoughts

    Many thanks for the reply.
I'll take a look at both and get back to you . I wasn't aware that 4 hdmi ports was somewhat rare.
