Can anyone recommend a good YouTube videos for diastasis recti?

    My GP told I have diastasis...5 fingers wide. Yikes. And it's like that for a few years!!! I can hide it visually as I am slim but I hate the way it looks.
    I have been given some guidance but only on leaflets and I've been looking up some videos on YouTube on how to help it.
    I'm a bit bamboozled by all the videos on it and I'm not sure if the videos are right for someone who has diastasis for a few years.
    If anyone could recommend some videos for me I'd be grateful. I can't afford to attend a physio at the moment.
