Possible upgrade for emobile legacy customers

    Hi, 

    I have an old emobile tarif , €35 unlimited but the price to upgrade phones is very high.

    Rather than me jumping ship to another network I would like to see what you can offer a customer of 7 years first. 

    I tried to ring Sales but was told the office closes at 5, it does not suit me to ring before that.

    Any options would be appreciated.

    I have tried the chat many times. Most of the times its says to try again later. When I got to chat to one of your agents yesterday I was told that upgrades cannot be carried or information given on chat.

    My best advice would be to call into one of our stores and and speak with a salesperson directly regarding your upgrade.
