    Back home after a trip to town where I, surprisingly, got all the items I was looking for. Washed two cars and now waiting on the coffee to brew so I can get back to my book.

    Back in work now after spending just 2 hours in accident and emergency. Amazing care. In, taken in straight away, looked after with beautiful pain meds and discharged. Thought id be up there all evening

    I'm just using my mud neck pillow. I see a lot of people on here have bad backs so go to Lidl and they have mud pillows there now.

    Get the mud packs from Lidl. You can get ones that strap to you too. They are seriously comforting. You can freeze them or heat them, I prefer warmth, some people like cold therapy.

    Laying in the floor on my tummy trying to do some stretching exercises however
    A) I'm stuck
    B) I'm uncomfortable cause I had too much breakfast and
    C) my boobs hurt with me squishing them


    So I'm youtubing laying down stretching

    In a strange twist of fate, I've just completed a boob massage course today that specialises in massage techniques for those that have been using the incorrect bra size for too long.

    But I'm sure I could apply some of the technique to squished boobs. My rates are reasonable.

    Where am I.....burying myself in lies :P:P

    On the couch, sleepy, thank fcuk it's Friday, no homework and no alarm in the morning. Hoping that maybe tonight the little one will sleep. 3 nights sleep in 21, I don't need to practice for May/june :D
