    Just back from the emergency Doc because I've been coughing up blood. He was really nice though and made me feel less worried and at least I didn't have to endure the hospital. I'm an ould shambles.

    Abed and very, very cold. Missing my hot water bottles which both died wetly.. cannot get out until Shrove Tuesday . Shivers... about to venture out of bed for another hot drink..

    Been sitting on a lovely big smooth rock by the stream in the garden here, eyes closed in warm sun, then gazing at the glorious ,mountains... dog digging furiously, cat purring against my legs...

    Will be a pretty summer up here maybe..

    Very tired now so bed gladly; have to go out tomorrow... more exploring as well as essentials like HOT WATER BOTTLES. Although the huge stones that have been atop the fire rails are very comforting...

    And Lent hovers..
