    At home with the missus. She's just over 40 weeks pregnant. No movement whatever. The little lad is in creche and we're chilling out just about the catch up on some tv. I might go for a cycle later. I'm making the most of this time together cos it won't be happening for a long time to come hopefully!

    Pain got worse. I'm in A&E now. Came on by ambulance about 5 hours ago :(

    (Not really "here". As I posted briefly what seems weeks ago, we lost one of our family suddenly and most unexpectedly in Canada. A younger one who had given his whole life to working for the homeless. We are in shock . Just in shock. Never think I do not care re folk here. I do.. greatly so.)
