At work teaching the girl from Moldova how to play x and o's.
What sort of management would have staff that didn't know how to play x and o's?

In a remote support session, wondering if I've lost my mind. It turned out that there are two people at this company with the same exact name, manager, and job function (what was HR thinking) at different offices, and the manager started the session on the wrong one's computer because he happened to be in that office instead of in the office where the user having the problem works. Kill me now.

Having just finished the support session referred to a few posts ago (after the initial confusion all went well), I'm going back in because my boss wants me to perform some extra testing ("this client is a bit difficult"). Well, no bother; if it wasn't for clients who were a lot of work, I suppose I wouldn't have a lot of work :)
