Lamp fitting for inside ornament

A friend has an ornament that had a light fitting inside it but she removed it a long time ago and would now like to replace the fitting. There is recess at the bottom of the ornament for the fitting and she said it was spring loaded so it held jn place. I've looked up different fittings but can't seem to see the correct one.
Could someone point me in the right direction please.

Obviously you need to ensure that overheating doesn't become an issue.

Shock risk may also be something that you need to think about. This can be overcome by using extra low voltage lights, such as 12 VDC LEDs.
