No p45 or payslips

Hi, So looking for some advice - I was working somewhere for 10 months and during this time my pay was always at least a week late as well as never receiving payslips. I started a new job this month but my old employer won't pay me for last month or give me my p45, I just get ignored! What should I do!?

Contact revenue and tell them your ex employer won't provide you with a p45.
