    I want to open a current account online but I have a problem for the two proof of address because I live in accommodation which is not mine. It is a women who rent bedrooms so I don't have bill on my own name. She can only write a letter to certify that I live in this accommodation, it is possible ?

    Sorry, the letter would not be acceptable as proof of address. It will be best to contact our Account Opening Team on 1890 35 44 54 to check any alternatives available to you.
