This 4.7 GB DVD contains .mp4 videos, png images as well as .odt files.
It was recorded on Windows 10. Will it run ok on MAC and Linux platforms, or are there any gotchas that should be watched out for?

Can't see any reason it wouldn't work, you mightn't get an autoplay but the data will be fully accessible

As Digital Solitude said, I don't see any issues.

The videos can be played with VLC.
Images in the preferred image editor on MAC and Linux.
And odt with office or openoffice/libreoffice.

Just make sure the DVD disc is finalized, check your burning software for this option (by default it most likely will be enabled by default)
