    Ladbrokes are pants.

I was placing a few far out trebles and doubles.
For e.g. Iceland to top group F and Vardy top goal scorer. "No can do" say Mr. Ladbrokes.
How about an England to win and Germany to be top scorers of tournament double? "No".
Wales to top their group, Gotze player of tournament and Iceland to get out of group F? "Nooooooooo".

I drive around to my local Paddy Power and all bets are taken with not a bother. Some of the bets they'd no price on but within all of 3 minutes the manager had sorted out an agreeable package.

Like the look of under 2.5 goals tonight.

No, I don't like our defense at all: Evra always sucks with the NT, Rami is prone to silly mistakes, Sagna can't cross and Koscielny is extremely overrated imo

No Martial? As a United fan I'm astonished not to see him the starting eleven but maybe I'm biased.

Can see France winning but I don't think it's going to be easy/pretty against Romania.

Martial never really showed anything when he played with the NT, Payet has done very well recently, he deserves to start ahead of him

There's no way we're not winning this game, I remember watching Romania at home to the Faroe Islands and the Faroes dominated the game and were unlucky to lose 1-0, Romania had prolly the easiest group in recent times...

I had a look at the Racing Post's analysis of this game, would they be accurate in assuming Romania has a poor attack?

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,414 ✭✭✭Toobz

    Unethical bet of the tournament...

Czech double chance vs Spain @9/5

A lot of drama coming out of the Spain camp about a possible crime by some of the players will definitely affect morale and focus.

Czech team is nothing special so only small from me.. price may not last long depending on how much comes out about this case.

    France -1 AH
    @ 1.50

Taking it over -1 Handicap on its own much safer!

20 on France to win, 4/11, pp. Hoping they bang in a few goals, I'll be adventurous with the free bets.
15 on Griezmann anytime 9/4 pp
    2 on Griezmann/ Giroud/Koscielny anytime treble 100/1

What's the thinking on a double to morrow Wales to draw and England to win

  • Registered Users Posts: 861 ✭✭✭jbt123

entire bankroll on France @ 1.34 low odds but there's no way we're not winning this game

line up: Lloris - Sagna, Rami, Koscielny, Evra - Pogba, Kanté, Matuidi - Griezmann, Giroud, Payet

If this is the starting lineup then I will have a play on Paddy Powers market of 'Player to score the winning goal'.

    Giroud 9/1
    Griezmann 10/1
    Payet 14/1
    Pogba. 16/1
    Matuidi. 25/1

I will probably Dutch all of the above for an approx 7/4 shot.
I'm nearly tempted to leave Pogba and Matuidi out for a 3/1 shot but will play it safeish I hope.
Obviously I'm hoping for France to do the business early before subs get involved in the scoring and French defenders just defend.

This would have been a winning bet in France's last 8 wins even without Pogba but feel I can't leave him out tonight.

    Good luck all.

France to win with either Giroud or Greizman topscoter. Which should I go for?

Stanciu anytime scorer at 15/2. Handy player - no.10 for Steaua and Romania. Has played 5 games, scoring 4 times.

Anywhere you can get odds on Payet to score from a freekick?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,670 ✭✭✭DJIMI TRARORE

    Giroud FGS and 3-0 @28

Cant see anything but a very one sided game,Romania qualified from an extremely poor group and are pretty bad

    10/1 on skybet

I think i seen 5/2 for him to score a free in any of the group games at 5/2, cant find it now though

How come they wouldn't let you double up? If they're non-contingent bets, there shouldn't be any reason why they wouldn't accept doubles at individual single odds.

Not much traction at all from a betting point of view in tonight's match. Wales v Slovakia might be ripe for the draw tomorrow at 21/10 with Lads.

Giroud apparently in Deschamps plans to start for France as a partner for Griezmann.

Tipple on him for top scorer will be done I'd imagine.

    More than likely, no.

Giroud main striker up front with Griezmann & Payet supporting him. Déschamps is a big fan of Giroud.

    Pogba, Matuidi & Kanté mids.

    Spot on.

    Let's go Giroud and France!

Was planning on doing that €25 top scorer bet with paddy power, just wondering if the person I pick scores 2 goals in the one game, will I get 10 in free bets or just 5 euro, can't figure it out in the t&c

    €5

It's for every game they score in, not goal they score.

If Pogba keeps going the way he is going and France go far he is a shoe-in for Player of the Tournament.

    HT (PP):

    4/5 France

    17/2 Romania

    9/5 Draw

    I wouldn't mind a bit of that 4/5.

Giroud anytime v Romania gone all the way up to @2.88 on Betfair exchange at the moment.

I don't usually take goal scorer bets before the XI is out but that price was too hard to turn down.

Bookies in general seem to favour Griezmann for tonight

    Good start to the tournament.

Do you think Russia will do well at the Euro?

    Hi Lass!

Russia is a very old team.
The defenders born in 1982, the brothers Berezutskiy.
In the Russian League they are able to contain the attacks of the Russian clubs. In the international arena - not.
Goalkeeper Akinfeev conceded goals in every match.
    Midfield - Dzagoev, Denisov, Shirokov.
Dzagoev and Denisov will miss the championship, injuries.
    Shirokov 35 years old.
    Forward one the Dzuba.
In the Russian club Zenit, he is assisted by the Brazilian Hulk.
In Russian national team there is not Hulk.
A good coach for the Russian championship, in the international arena he's just weak.
I think that will be a game on defense, very few points, very few goals.
I believe that Russia will not leave from the group.

And in every match I'm betting against Russia .

He absolutely turned their qualification campaign around from the shítter that Capello left them. Small sample size but great job so far.

I think it's a certainty they get through the group even if they are lacking their main midfielders.
