So I was in the airport this morning and I saw Francis Brennan filming the new series of Francis Brennan's Grand Tour.

I may have got in a shot while filming completely by accident of course.

I shall be watching the first episode to see if I'm in it :-D

Just seen a trailer for the finished programme, the show will be called "Francis Brennan's Grand Indian Tour starring amdublin at Dublin Airport"
and it starts on Sunday July 17th.

Admittedly, the RTE blurb hasn't got the full title of the show and for some reason they are concentrating on what happened in India, rather than the unforgettable Airport scenes.

But sure what do they know?!

Francis has planned a 1000km round trip of India's Golden Triangle - beginning in the capital city Delhi, then onto Agra, home of the majestic Taj Mahal. From there the group travels onto the 'Pink City' of Jaipur, followed by a tiger safari in Ranthambhore National Park.

With temperatures hitting a record breaking 51 degrees the heat is on for Francis. Can he stay cool as he deals with fistfuls of facts and figures and a jam-packed 24/7 schedule that leaves no room for error? Not to mention the threat of Delhi belly!

Francis Brennan's Grand Indian Tour is a brand new 6-part series, airing on RTÉ One, beginning Sunday 17 July 2016 at 8.30pm.

I never thought he would do another one of these type of shows after the last one. He seemed totally peed off with the antics of the tour group, bar one or two anyway.

Will be watching this.... He is a legend.

Yeah, they flew out on May 12th according to this RTE pitch for contestants, which was also the day amdublin posted her behind the scenes photos

Francis is raring to go - all he needs now are some holidaymakers to join him!
