Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi all,

I injured my back in Jan of this year and after much physio, I'm feeling pretty good again. For about the last 8 weeks, I've been doing Pilates once a week, its a class run by the physiotherapy practice so it was great that the instructor was aware of my injury, especially since it was more acute when I started. I'd say I'm 95% good now.

I'm looking to start a 2nd class per week as I feel its really helping me, but the one in my physio is only on once a week, so I was thinking of doing a 2nd class elsewhere. I'd still class myself as very much a beginner.

Does anyone have any recommendations in the Stillorgan/Sandyford/Dundrum areas?

Yeah...I'm in a very similar position to you and found pilates to really help me.
I've been using PhysioCare in Carrickmines, classes are run by a chartered physio who's great at what she does.
They do a weekday class as well as a Saturday morning class.
    Hope this helps!

Thanks, my current class is Wednesday so Saturday would be ideal :)

I have heard good things about Physio Extra http://www.physioextra.ie/services/pilates-classes/ and Platinum Pilates http://www.platinumpilates.ie/stillorgan-pilates but have never been to either so can't recommend personally - sorry!
