F2000 Port Forwarding

    I want to access my IC Realtime CCTV system remotely. I have a static IP address and an F2000 modem - I have set my Port Forwarding as per this thread, but the ports don't show up on CanYouSeeMe.

    I have disabled the firewall, but no ports appear open. I know this is beyond the supported features, but I was hoping you or a reader can help. I'm at a complete loss!!!

    Thanks for getting in touch. My best advice would be to contact the technical support team unfortunately we don't support this but they should be able to offer some assistance. You can contact them directly on 1890260260, free phone 1901.
