Bundoran and the twelfth

    Hi folks, the oul pair are looking at a trip to bundoran in the week leading up to the twelfth of July (leaving on the 12th actually)

    I was just wondering if anyone had an idea how busy bundoran gets round this time? Know a lot of people across the north go to Donegal round marching season just wondering if bundoran is one of the places that gets busy then.

    I was working in Bundoran one year on the 12th, we had quite a few folks from Derry and Strabane in during the week and a few more just down for the day. It's 5 or 6 years ago now though.

    Everywhere in Donegal is busy around that time as it is the peak of the holiday season.
    That isn't a good reason to avoid it but they will get better value if they can travel at a quieter time.
