No Service Id network

Hi All I Moved over to id network i have a google nexus 5 phone but i cant get any service on the phone the sim is fine tried it on a few phones that one is the only one that wont work, Now my nexus 5 will work on vodafone,3,meteor just not Id I'm at a loss i have no idea the guys in the shop same no idea

Sometimes that just happens, that a SIM will work in one phone but not another. Did they try giving you another SIM? Sometimes another SIM can resolve it.
