    Have sent repeated e mails regarding our account. we have asked for a printed bill so we can pay at an post, we did not ask for paperless billing.
    You have put us in arears with no way to pay the bill.
    Please address this situation, don't take advantage of your customers.

    Thank you for getting in touch.

    With regard to your billing being changed to paperless/online: would anyone have set up online billing for your Electric Ireland account on your behalf? An email address being added to an Electric Ireland account would not automatically change the billing to online. The only way Electric Ireland online billing can be set up is through the sign-up form brought up on this link on our website which requires completion before Electric Ireland paper/postal billing changes to online billing.

    Which email address did you send your query to, and when did you send your first email? Our email teams may require a number of working days (weekends not included) to respond, as emails go into a queue. We can take over your query here on Boards.ie if you wish - we would firstly require confirmation of the account details in question, so if you send us a private message confirming the relevant Electric Ireland account number, your name, a note stating that you are the account-holder, and your address and date of birth, we will review ASAP.
