Hey all Hope this is the correct place to post this...I have seen a lot of houses up for sale In my area, listed from 100k-250k are the prices listed for these generally the minimum price they'd sell for? Based in Limerick

They are asking prices.
You can offer as much or as little as you want. It's up to the home owner to accept or not.
