Cant access account online

    Hi,

    I have 2 accounts with yourselves, ever since I added the 2nd account, I havnt been able to access the account, everything is done online so I dont know my acc. no.

    I have my MPRN, i need to change address.

    Is the second account for a different address?

    If you send any of us reps a private message confirming the Electric Ireland account number that you have, stating you are the account-holder, your name, address and telephone number, we can do a search and carry out any other assistance we can help you with.
