Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Sevilla dominated the 2nd more than we did the 1st. Worth winners. GG.

Hopefully that's Moreno's last game in a Liverpool shirt.

    He cost £12 million.

How much of a loss would we make now?

Kolo has been fine (I say with slight surprise).
Obviously lacks pace, but everything else he's been able.

That's my point. He and Clyne have been great. Lovren and Moreno, horrendous.

I'd say Moreno will have been replaced by tomorrow (it's just that he won't know it).

How ironic that a Spaniard was the catalyst for the collapse.

    I'd take a £12m loss now.

    about £9m

If the Ref did his job it would be like 7-3 now in favour of Liver pool

Coutinho has one or two good games out of 10 with plenty of mediocre and poor ones, he'd be lucky to get into a top 4 team let alone Barca

    Martial is consistent

Klopp will leave him in Basel. Tie him up in the dressing room.

We'll probably sell him back to Sevilla for €3 million, and he'll end up tearing it up at Barcelona in 5 years time having cost them €30 million to buy from Sevilla.

Threw a euro on the draw just there at 50/1

Sevilla have deserved this, but my God, the ref has been fierce shíte.

Given we should have had 2 penalties in the first half and they went in a goal down I wouldn't quite say they deserve to be winning by 2 goals despite how poor we've been 2nd half.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 21,501 ✭✭✭✭martyos121

Even the fourth official is time wasting lol.

Not our night, I'll be expecting a good push for the league next season with no Euroball.

This is all over, no sense of a Dortmund comeback tonight.

Despite being robbed of penalties, this 2nd half performance has been dire.

They had a lead and have blown it and not played coherently since.

Moreno should never play for Liverpool again.

To think some lads on boards used to say Moreno was a good full back:eek:

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 21,501 ✭✭✭✭martyos121

What did I say earlier lads? It's a night for Djimi Traore. He would've been fcuking miles better than Moreno.

Depressing our best player is a 35 year old centre third choice centre back

I remember it being said that he was better than Luke Shaw :)

Id take a 1 legged Shaw anyday of the week.

nope 3-3 and Lovren would have been sent off.
The ref has been an embarrassment.
Let's hope Ireland don't get him in the Euros (can't do our group I suppose, as he's Swedish)

Chelsea have no Euroball either and will be throwing the kitchen sink at the premiership next season.

Spineless second half performance. No leaders in that team. Ref ****ed us in the first half. Sevilla deserve it still imo.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 12,248 ✭✭✭✭BoJack Horseman

2 mins of injury time left.

I don't think Liverpool will get back into this.

Did Moreno actually just backheel that to a Sevilla player going towards our box?

    Moreno is a weapon

That back heel leading to a Sevilla chance sums Moreno up.

Get him the fúck out. Seriously. Fúck off.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 21,501 ✭✭✭✭martyos121

Moreno is a shaky defender at the best of times, but he's been so utterly poisonous tonight that I'm half thinking he's still on the Sevilla books.

    He obviously isn't btw.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,859 ✭✭✭ionadnapokot

As ****e as pool have been this half. Hats off to Sevilla. They recognised that they cud outnumber them in midfield. Nzoni Krychoviak Coke took hold and Banega threaded the passes. Coke a right back, played right mid 1st half then switched to centre in 2nd.
    Well deserved

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,386 ✭✭✭✭DDC1990

Moreno played a perfect throughball for Sevilla there.

    Brainless.

Lots of other poor performances, but he takes the biscuit.

Yea i agree there. Sturridge did well up top on his own as well. Clyne was dependable as always.

I think it was to much for Can after been out for a few weeks. Cout just didn't turn up and the less said about the other guy the better.

Referee was awful but Countiho put in a coward's performance. Did nothing, hid from the ball and I've no idea how he's still on the pitch. He's the ultimate highlight, luxury, one in five games player and I hope he's gone by September.

This cnut of a ref should be castrated and I'll gladly volunteer to do it with the burdizzo.

Another ref we win this game.

    Absolutely Seville deserve it.

But a good performance in key areas would have negated the usual refereeing incompetence.

    Silver linings eh!

Swansea was a trip to another European country...
