Has anyone got a copy of Eoin O'Cofaigh's book 'The Building Regulations Explained'. Printed c 1993 and now out of print. Since it refers to the 'old regs' its not up to date - but still probably useful. Tried all the usual suspects, specialists bookstores, RIAI, UCD etc. I need it for research I'm doing and obviously would pay plus p&p to Dublin

Thanks Syd, if you can. Very helpful. Spoke with the author earlier today and seems little chance of getting one new.

    Hi Syd,

I wouldn't mind having a copy of it for reference purposes also if that's okay?

    Hi Syd,

Did you manage to get around to this since?
I could do with looking a few things up in it.
    Many thanks.
