    Hi

I have always had intermittent problems with my service and have posted on here before a few times.
Last few weeks my wi-fi has been practically not existent and keeps coming and going (mostly going)
My wired connection in the main was fine, but did go down for a day. I have tried all the usual wireless adapter resets, rebooting,  changing the wifi channel etc
Now at this stage, when I try to log into the router settings thru the web address 192....etc, it just keeps kicking me back to the login screen when I tries to access wi-fi settings to view the channel and other wireless settings.
Makes me think the router is dodgy, but I am on about my fourth Zyxcel router at this stage.....I am fed up  at this stage paying for a service that is undependable.

    Hi Technophobe,

Thanks for getting in touch, I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your service.
I would recommend contacting technical support and they would be more than happy to troubleshoot these issues you are experiencing, they should also be able to advise if you need a new modem.
You can contact them directly on 1890260260, free phone 1901.
