    Hello,

I received a letter from Bank of Ireland looking for a utility bill for a conditionally approved credit card application.

Just wondering, where do I send this to? Can it be emailed or posted?

Also, does a mobile phone bill suffice?

    Thanks.

    Hi Morrisseyy,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

You can post your documents to the following address: Bank of Ireland, New Business Unit, 2nd Floor, Operations Centre, Cabinteely, Dublin 18.

We are unable to accept a mobile phone bill. An acceptable utility bill includes - Gas / Electric / Landline / Water / Household Charge (Dated within the last 6 months).

If you do not have access to the above, please contact our Lending Team on 0818 200 334 and an Advisor will be happy to discuss your options further.

    Thanks,

    Sharon
