    Need help! I have a message in my outbox that didn't send and now I can't delete it. I've tried going offline doing send/receive etc and nothing works. It's not in anyway a large file and when I hit delete nothing happens. It actually doesn't show up in my outbox unless I search for the email address's it was being sent to. Any advice???

    Is it definitely in the outbox and not in drafts?

    Yeah it's in the outbox. I also can't edit it, it looks likes it sent. It's strange. Don't know if anyone has experienced this before??

    Can you send to other recipients?
    Do you really want it not sent?
    Do you have mails in inbox you need to keep? If not you could remove the account and add again.
